Personalised online training
This is a chance to work with me one on one over a 12 week period in order to work towards your specific training goals and achieve results. This coaching is fully personalised and results driven.
Your goals will vary from person to person but they can range from handstands, flexibility and strength training. We will have an initial complimentary consultation call, to discuss your goals and pick a specific area to focus on during the training.
Then I will create you a fully personalised program based on your current ability and goal.
Goal areas include:
Hand balance • Strength • Flexibility
We will touch base and I will be there to support you over the coaching period giving suggestions, feedback and making adjustments to your personalised plan if needed. As well as a full training protocol we will also focus on your nutrition, recovery and mindset as these areas that are essential for optimal training.
I am looking to work with people who are fully committed and serious about training. Complete beginner to advanced I am able to help you to your training goals.
We will work towards achieving your desired goals, overcoming weaknesses and building on your strengths. We will break through plateaus and learn new techniques, to increase strength and mobility and avoid building bad habits in your training. As your mentor/coach, I want to encourage you to become independent with your training over the long term.
How it works
I will send over an initial consultation form to fill in and then we will jump on a complimentary call jot delve into your goals, intentions and current training regime so we can discuss what is realistic to achieve in a given time frame.
We will assess your current ability, the amount of time you are able to dedicate to training, and your past exercise history ( any injuries/ barriers you face). Then if we decide to go ahead with training I will make a full personalised training plan for you to follow (with full video library of each exercise. This will be dependant on our call and assessing consultation form.) We can adjust your training plan every 4-6 weeks depending on how you respond/ adapt and your rate of progression.
Every week we will have an email check-in to see how everything is going and address any problems you maybe facing.
Additionally you can submit videos at any time of you performing the exercises for feedback.

3 months is minimum commitment at £300 GBP per month, (this is to be paid up front: £900 GBP to confirm your commitment to training.)
After the initial 3 months, there is the option to do month-to-month training at the same rate or additional 3-month block with £100 discount £800.
No Refunds after initial 3 month commitment is made.
