Full 12 week program split into 3 phases: of step by step progressions to become stronger and more mobile for your handstand training. The program comes with a full video exercise library, so you know exactly what you are doing.
In depth nutrition and lifestyle advice: We cover nutrition and recovery within the 12 week program as these areas are vital for optimal handstand training.
