About Rosie Burr

I am a former Great British Acrobatic Gymnast; Acrobatic gymnastics has always been my passion and life. I trained 6 days a week 25+ hours a week for 9 years.

During my competitive gymnastic career I won titles of: British champion, 3x International Champion and European medalist. After retiring from competitive gymnastics I discovered my love for weight training and bodybuilding.

In September 2018 I competed in my first fitness model competition and was lucky enough to win the routine category. I also competed and won in my second fitness model competition earlier this year. My training is now a combination of weight/ bodybuilding training and handstand contortion training.

I am also a fully qualified personal trainer and online coach and the past couple of years have absolutely loved helping pass on my knowledge, expertise and passion for fitness to help motivate, inspire and coach my clients to reach their own fitness goals.

Who is this program for?

This program is for anyone on a handstand journey. Whether complete beginner or advanced at handstands. If you want to increase strength, flexibility and core strength this program is for you.

When does the course start and finish?

Your LIFETIME ACCESS to the course and facebook community, there is no hard start and stop. This is your unlimited toolbox to begin incorporating these exercises into your everyday life!

Is this a recurrent payment or one-time payment?

This is a ONE-TIME payment for 12 weeks coaching ! You can’t beat that!

What if I am not currently injured?

Perfect! This is the exact time you NEED to dive in, find where you have restrictions within the body and learn how to overcome those to prevent future pain and injuries that could arise down the road.

What if I am currently in pain or have an injury?

Also a perfect time for you to begin. You will always choose exercises that fit your needs at the time. There are plenty of modules and exercises we cover that will decrease pain, reduce injury and are very easy on the body.

Will this be detrimental to my lifting program?

Heck no! In fact, it will be the exact OPPOSITE! Once you find your routine and remain consistent, you will find your body opening up so that you can begin to lift heavier, open your shoulders and back swiftly, and squat deeper.

What if I already do Yoga?

Great! You may already be finding opening within the body. BUT the mobility program dives deeper into end-range control and strength, as well as teaches you how to find restrictions along different areas of the spine or other joints you may not even be aware of!

What if I need help finding my restrictions or structuring my mobility routine?

That’s what the Facebook group is for! You’ll have access to ask me any question you have and a community committed to the health of their own body to hold you accountable for your own!
